All rooms have been recently decorated and now the bathrooms have locally sourced shower gel and shampoo's and soaps for guests to enjoy. Some of the rooms have fabulous sea views, but they all have full central heating, en-suite, free view colour TV, and a complimentary selection of hot beverages. Naturally a good hearty full Cornish breakfast is included in your stay!

The hotel its self has its own recycling program as we are trying to go as green as possible, and all products used in the hotel are either fair-trade or locally sourced.

Howards Guest House lies within an area of outstanding natural beauty, in which the Carbis Bay and St Ives are just two of the local attractions. You will find the gorgeous Carbis Bay, just a short three hundred yard stroll away: Perfect for building sand castles, beach volley ball, having a paddle, or just a good old fashioned picnic. Try a round of golf at one of the many local clubs, a spot of fishing in either a rock pool, or from a boat, or even a bit of culture at the Tate Gallery or the Minack Theatre.

The secluded and compact nature of Cornwall means that anything in it is only a maximum of one hour away, making it absolutely perfect for sightseeing.

You can of course try a spot of surfing in the fantastic waves around the Cornish coast, which make the area so famous. Take a boat trip or a helicopter ride to the Isles of Scilly, or a day out shopping in Truro.
